Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and tools for web, API, and RESTful service testing.
- Integrate automated testing frameworks with continuous integration infrastructure.
- Write and execute source-code-level unit, component, TDD, and BDD tests to identify coding deficiencies early.
- Develop test scripts and analyze application performance, load, and security using service virtualization tools.
- Build and deploy testing environments, manage test data conditioning, and help ensure PCI compliance.
- Collaborate with business and development stakeholders to create complex test cases.
- Coordinate test team activities for assigned client projects, review client test plans, and prioritize execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, designing, and automated tool development.
- Proficiency in white-box testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, service virtualization tools, and scripting against APIs and RESTful web services.
- Strong understanding of software testing specializations and experience resolving structural and functional code issues.
- Preferred: 6+ years of experience developing automated testing strategies across varied infrastructure environments and frameworks.
