Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and continuously improve secure, scalable, high-performing software applications across the full software development lifecycle.
- Perform unit, integration, UI, performance, and automated testing and other quality assurance activities.
- Design, optimize, and maintain reliable and scalable database solutions.
- Maintain build pipelines, supporting infrastructure, and middleware components for development and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to evaluate requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, release management, operational excellence, and third-level support activities.
Requirements
- Proven full-stack web development experience using Python and JavaScript, ideally with Django REST Framework, Vue.js, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to develop effective technical solutions.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, Clean Code principles, code reviews, and software craftsmanship.
- Hands-on experience with TDD, BDD, ATDD, Pair Programming, and Agile ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
