Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize scalable Salesforce software components and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team execution and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions affecting cross-team systems and architecture.
- Lead evaluation and adoption of technologies that improve software architecture and delivery.
- Design integrations using integration patterns and middleware to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technical designs.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional software architecture efforts.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong expertise designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical designs.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Skills in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce application and custom-component performance.
