
Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical pre-sale engagements with agency holding companies and mid-market agencies.
- Translate AudioGraph capabilities into solutions aligned with buying workflows, planning tools, and KPIs.
- Create reusable technical one-pagers, demo environments, objection-handling frameworks, and ROI calculators.
- Own standardized deal configuration covering audience strategy, market selection, measurement approach, and pricing structure.
- Participate in high-value pitch meetings and RFP responses, owning the technical differentiation narrative.
- Train and enable sellers through technical workshops, deal clinics, and one-on-one coaching.
- Design and own the end-to-end client lifecycle playbook and ensure effective handoffs across sales, ad operations, and client services.
- Architect complex campaign configurations involving audience layering, frequency management, creative specifications, and cross-platform measurement.
- Synthesize technical feedback from the field into product requirements and participate in sprint reviews and beta testing.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced ad operations within programmatic advertising.
- Deep understanding of programmatic supply chains, bid mechanics, PMP/PG/preferred deals, header bidding, and SSP-DSP integration patterns.
- Direct technical integration or partner experience with major DSPs such as Amazon, TTD, DV360, Viant, or Basis.
- Hands-on proficiency with ad serving platforms such as Triton, GAM, or FreeWheel, including deal setup, inventory packaging, and log-level troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of identity graphs, data onboarding, clean rooms, and audience-segment flow through the programmatic ecosystem.
- Experience with measurement and attribution methods including pixel-based measurement, exposure files, foot traffic, or brand lift.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional projects without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to agency leadership and debugging bid streams with engineers.
- Preferred experience in audio, podcast, or broadcast advertising.
- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce, Operative AOS, or similar order management systems.
- Preferred SQL proficiency and experience building operational dashboards or reporting pipelines.
- Preferred experience in a media company or publisher-side ad tech team.
- Prior player-coach or team lead experience within a solutions engineering or technical solutions group is preferred.
