Responsibilities
- Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas and Atlas Data Federation & Archiving.
- Contribute to and lead complex technical projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the roadmap and product offerings.
- Work with customers and support engineers to resolve issues and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with teammates on the codebase, best practices, and design principles.
- Contribute to an inclusive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience building large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language such as Go, Java, or C#.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience leading the launch of a new module and maintaining it in production.
- Strong communication, collaboration, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
