Responsibilities
- Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas and Atlas Data Federation & Archiving.
- Contribute to and lead complex technical projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build the product roadmap.
- Work with customers and support engineers to resolve issues.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Develop best practices and design principles with team members.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Skilled in writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Go, Java, C#, etc.).
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Led the launch of a new module and maintained it in production.
- Eager to solve tough problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated.
