Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, implement, and support SAP ABAP solutions for enterprise projects.
- Deliver RICEFW objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Work with OData, Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms, Fiori, ABAP HR, infotypes, pay areas, PA, and OM.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration activities including ATC, SPDD, and SPAU.
- Design and support inbound and outbound ALE/EDI communications and integrations with SAP modules.
- Facilitate design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support cycles.
- Collaborate with client teams and adapt solutions to different client situations.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation for support projects.
- 13+ years of total professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, and SAP Fiori.
- Experience with RICEFW development, OData, Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms, workflows, and S/4 migration.
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP HR, including infotypes, pay areas, PA, and OM.
- Experience with ALE/EDI communications and integration with HR and logistics modules.
- Experience with SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
