Responsibilities
- Develop AI-oriented workflows including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, prompt chaining, contract automation, and interactive Q&A assistants.
- Build full-stack front-end systems and back-end services that integrate with internal and third-party systems.
- Prototype solutions rapidly with legal stakeholders, collect feedback, and refine tools for usability and utility.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows in accordance with software lifecycle and data governance guidelines.
- Evaluate third-party AI tools and vendor offerings through hands-on testing, code-based validation, and performance benchmarking.
- Collaborate with cloud architecture, security, design, application development, data governance, legal, and business teams.
- Apply secure development practices, conduct code reviews, implement least-privilege designs, and automate security checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or Vue.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and LLM orchestration.
- Proficiency with Git and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and tools such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, or AWS CDK.
- Knowledge of database systems and strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred: legal technology experience, collaboration with legal professionals, and familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards.
