Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the UI architecture vision and roadmap for a cloud-native network management platform.
  • Design scalable, secure, and highly available UI solutions using modern technologies and architectural patterns.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations for long-term business goals.
  • Lead architecture reviews and make key design decisions across engineering teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Product Management and other stakeholders.
  • Establish architectural governance, engineering standards, and best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and technical leaders and promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Track industry advancements in UI, cloud-native, and telecom network management technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 15+ years of experience in telecom software development.
  • Hands-on expertise in ReactJS and modern web application architectures, including UI design and development.
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices architecture, distributed systems, Kubernetes Operators, and CRDs.
  • Extensive experience with FCAPS solutions, 4G/5G Core Networks, network functions, SNMP, and 3GPP standards.
  • Experience designing telecom management and observability platforms with carrier-grade performance and security.
  • Proficiency in large-scale data processing and event-driven architecture, including Kafka-based streaming solutions.
  • Background in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes operations.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Proven technical leadership and ownership are preferred.
