Responsibilities
- Support SAP Concur Expense and Travel management systems, including reports and integrations with boundary systems.
- Define requirements and configure Concur Expense applications, including custom fields, approval workflows, expense types, and audit rules.
- Design, develop, document, test, maintain, and support secure and scalable software solutions.
- Build integrations using SAP Concur and Coupa APIs and REST APIs with mTLS and OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.
- Create Cognos reports and support data delivery services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architecture, technology, and information security teams.
- Lead security, solution architecture, and operational resiliency reviews.
- Ensure compliance with methodologies, standards, processes, best practices, and travel-and-expense policies.
- Monitor estimates, resolve issues, and communicate status and risks to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience implementing and supporting Concur Expense.
- Experience configuring Concur Expense, including custom fields, approval workflows, expense types, and audit rules.
- Experience using SAP Concur APIs and Coupa APIs to build integrations.
- Experience with Cognos reporting and data delivery services.
- Experience configuring Coupa, including custom fields, approval workflows, expense types, and audit rules.
- Strong technical knowledge of REST API-based integration, including mTLS and OAuth 2.0.
- Knowledge of the Boomi integration platform.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI for reporting.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Accounting, is a plus.
- SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting experience is a plus.
- Understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a global environment.
