Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end applications, services, APIs, microservices, integrations, and data-processing solutions using .NET technologies.
- Develop database components, including complex SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, auditing, secure coding, and high-performance software practices.
- Create and maintain automated unit and integration testing solutions.
- Manage CI/CD processes, Azure DevOps pipelines, releases, and testing activities.
- Develop containerized application deployments and Kubernetes Helm charts.
- Conduct source-code and peer reviews and contribute to software-quality improvements.
- Develop monitoring, reporting, and observability solutions, including Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, estimation, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation.
- Communicate with technical teams, stakeholders, and management and support troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of relevant software development experience, including at least 5 years of recent back-end development with .NET within the last 7 years.
- At least 3 years of experience designing scalable back-end solutions involving REST APIs, integrations, and microservices in highly scalable production environments.
- At least 2 years of experience with containerized and orchestrated environments, including Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or similar technologies.
- Experience delivering at least two production-ready projects using OAuth authentication and authorization standards.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
- Strong knowledge of .NET 8.0+, C#, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, scalable REST API and microservice design, asynchronous programming, and messaging patterns.
- Knowledge of Git version control and branching strategies, relational databases such as SQL Server, message brokers, Azure DevOps, unit testing, Linux shell usage, and basic Linux administration.
- Ability to produce clear technical, solution design, and architecture documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Desirable qualifications include more than one year of international and multicultural work experience and knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch, Redis, or Neo4j.
