Base Salary
$155k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales on technical discovery, value engineering, and tailored AI solution architecture for client pursuits.
- Design end-to-end architectures for RAG and multi-agent AI systems and oversee delivery alignment with the approved architecture.
- Serve as a technical liaison for customers and Google technical field teams on Gemini and Vertex AI solutions.
- Configure Gemini Enterprise and architect agentic systems using prompt engineering, behavioral tuning, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
- Develop prompt strategies and optimize Gemini-based systems for specific behaviors and safety constraints.
- Define MLOps and data orchestration standards and ensure secure integration with enterprise data estates using GCP best practices.
- Conduct deep architectural reviews and provide technical quality control for AI projects.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technical architecture focused on AI, data, integration, and consultative leadership.
- Expert-level knowledge of Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and BigQuery ML.
- Customer-facing experience influencing CXO stakeholders and leading technical solutioning for AI-driven business transformations.
- Experience with prompt design and engineering and tuning LLM-based systems for specific behaviors and safety constraints.
- Deep understanding of Python-based AI orchestration, including LangGraph and ADK.
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification is preferred.
- Experience with high-performance computing, HPU/TPU systems, and specialized AI hardware on GCP is preferred.
