Base Salary

$128k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative capabilities.
  • Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and platform events.
  • Design and implement data models, security architecture, and role-based access controls.
  • Define and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches.
  • Troubleshoot advanced performance, integration, and production issues across all environments.
  • Lead technical discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Make architectural and technical decisions, weighing trade-offs and providing recommendations.
  • Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Masters degree and 10 years of Salesforce development experience, OR Bachelors degree and 12+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
  • Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution.
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
  • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD concepts.
