Base Salary
$128k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative capabilities.
- Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and platform events.
- Design and implement data models, security architecture, and role-based access controls.
- Define and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches.
- Troubleshoot advanced performance, integration, and production issues across all environments.
- Lead technical discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Make architectural and technical decisions, weighing trade-offs and providing recommendations.
- Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management.
- Maintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance efforts.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Masters degree and 10 years of Salesforce development experience, OR Bachelors degree and 12+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
- Proficiency with version control and CI/CD concepts.
