Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and AWS teams to deliver the team’s technical vision.
- Influence technical strategy and design system architectures and components.
- Lead development and launch of core features and products.
- Design and develop significant new architectures and software features across the development lifecycle.
- Participate in estimation and sprint planning.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct interviews to help hire talent.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
