Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and AWS teams to deliver the team’s technical vision.
  • Influence technical strategy and design system architectures and components.
  • Lead development and launch of core features and products.
  • Design and develop significant new architectures and software features across the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in estimation and sprint planning.
  • Mentor junior team members and conduct interviews to help hire talent.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
