Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction for the team to build an enterprise-ready platform.
- Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous requirements to shipped products.
- Create AI-powered tools for non-technical teams to manage workflows without coding.
- Build monitoring and analytics to provide actionable insights for customers.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to validate product direction.
- Mentor engineers and elevate team practices through code review and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building full-stack software products.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and/or Python with strong architecture skills.
- Proven ability to design abstractions and platforms for diverse use cases.
- Track record of leading technical initiatives and driving consensus.
- Experience balancing technical excellence with rapid iteration.
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate user feedback into solutions.
