Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the AMS/IMS/ADM platform reference architecture using AutoGen, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Architect multi-agent orchestration, including dynamic process planning, human-in-the-loop workflows, autonomous decision-making, memory, feedback loops, and long-term learning.
- Design and implement agentic runtimes and AI-driven capabilities such as predictive incident management, self-healing systems, and autonomous knowledge management.
- Embed AI into QA automation, predictive maintenance, SLA governance, and intelligent workload allocation.
- Ensure scalable, secure, multi-tenant, RBAC-enabled, and hybrid-cloud platform architecture.
- Lead compliance, content safety, prompt injection prevention, audit logging, bias audits, and ethical reviews.
- Own the technology roadmap covering LLM/SLM selection, vector database strategy, and RAG enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, delivery, and stakeholder teams to establish platform KPIs and success metrics.
- Mentor solution architects and engineering leads across AMS, IMS, and ADM domains.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting large-scale enterprise platforms with GenAI and AI/ML integration.
- Good understanding of AMS, IMS, and ADM delivery models and operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and observability frameworks.
- Good knowledge of at least one cloud platform among Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including its services and components.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
