Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval systems, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Integrate LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and other AI/ML services with enterprise applications through APIs, SDKs, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Develop Python applications, services, and automation workflows for intelligent process automation and system integration.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows for reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with AI platform, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify use cases and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Create technical documentation, contribute to reusable AI accelerators and best practices, and ensure compliance with security, governance, risk management, and Responsible AI standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in software development, automation, AI/ML, or related technology roles, including exposure to generative AI or AI-powered solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience developing APIs, integrations, automation scripts, or enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, NLP technologies, vector databases, semantic search, and cloud-based AI services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of software development practices, AI governance, model evaluation, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, documentation, testing, and presentation skills are preferred.
