Responsibilities
- Manage and drive technical support cases through successful resolution.
- Debug and troubleshoot embedded Linux stacks involving firmware, device drivers, kernels, and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and central support teams to improve partner enablement and product stability.
- Create documentation, FAQs, and technical knowledge-base content.
- Support early deployment and onboarding for new Arm hardware and software products.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of embedded Linux software stacks, including kernel, drivers, and firmware integration.
- Experience triaging, debugging, mitigating, and resolving software issues using C, C++, and Python.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with Buildroot or Yocto is preferred.
- Awareness of Arm A- and M-class architectures is preferred.
- Experience supporting or developing products for embedded or AI-focused hardware platforms is preferred.
- Experience in smaller silicon, embedded, or startup-style environments is preferred.
