Base Salary
$130k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science, and product teams to enhance machine learning projects.
- Contribute to existing ML projects by creating and maintaining necessary data pipelines.
- Own all data and ML processes created.
- Become the expert on machine learning and data infrastructure.
- Make critical decisions regarding the future of ML capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing ML models and maintaining data in AWS.
- Experience working with DevOps to provide necessary tools to the team.
- Proven track record of implementing data engineering best practices.
- Demonstrable proficiency with Python, dbt, SQL, and modern ML tooling.
- Experience with large-scale data model refactoring.
- Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with agentic tooling and pipelines such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
