Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and advanced search architectures for proprietary enterprise data.
- Build multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows for complex business processes.
- Integrate commercial and foundational models through Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI environments.
- Implement responsible AI controls including safety guidelines, content moderation, privacy protections, guardrails, and production monitoring.
- Create evaluation frameworks measuring latency, accuracy, bias, drift, and cost.
- Rapidly prototype Generative AI proof-of-concepts for internal leaders and external clients.
- Use containerization, CI/CD, and LLM monitoring practices to support deployment and operations.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software development experience with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Expert proficiency in Python and its standard libraries.
- Experience building secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud AI ecosystem, including GCP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS offerings.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Extensive experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
- Practical experience with vector databases or search engines such as Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma, Vertex AI Vector Search, or Azure AI Search.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, text embeddings, semantic search, and chunking strategies.
- Experience with Docker, basic Kubernetes, Git-based CI/CD pipelines, and LLM monitoring tools.
- Bachelor of Technology or a qualifying BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, or full-time MBA degree.
- Preferred experience includes model fine-tuning with PEFT or LoRA, Hugging Face libraries, Neo4j GraphRAG, Streamlit, Chainlit, Gradio, and cloud MLOps pipelines.
