Responsibilities
- Build, design, and architect scalable AI capabilities and AI-driven applications for Jitterbit’s platform.
- Develop reliable, robust, and highly scalable cloud-based distributed and multi-tenant SaaS systems.
- Apply LLM, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, NLP, and model deployment technologies to production AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and other cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
- Mentor and help other engineers and developers grow.
- Work with data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehousing, datastores, containers, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Debug and solve complex technical problems while maintaining high-quality, understandable code.
- Stay current with emerging AI and cloud-computing technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale cloud-based distributed applications.
- Strong experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Expertise with LLM models, RAG, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Extensive experience with Python and Java.
- Experience with NLP libraries and tools including spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with model deployment frameworks including TensorFlow Serving, MLflow, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing solutions.
- Expertise with MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Experience with Linux, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Understanding of microservices, cloud-based architectures, container orchestration, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated English proficiency at the C1 level.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team and collaborate across functions.
- Self-directed, data-driven, and receptive to peer input and emerging technologies.
