Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, and security experts to build product features.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities for visibility and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of developer experience.
- Strong experience with backend programming languages such as Java, Go, C++, Rust, or Python.
- Experience with enterprise-grade distributed systems.
- Strong understanding and experience with AI development tools.
- Understanding of software design principles and a practical, hands-on approach to development.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Understanding of databases and caching mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Identity governance and administration industry experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
