Responsibilities
- Build, deliver, and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems.
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, availability, performance, and ease of use.
- Monitor infrastructure and system performance and manage incidents, vulnerabilities, and outages.
- Develop automation and software scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Implement secure configurations and controls to protect infrastructure, hardware, software, and data.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects according to budget, quality, and governance standards.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, contribute to policies and procedures, and communicate complex technical information.
- Lead or guide collaborative assignments and, where applicable, coach and develop team members.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Environment Management or DevOps roles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS.
- Experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or an equivalent CI/CD tool.
- Experience with Terraform, preferably, or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud security.
- Banking or regulated enterprise experience is highly valued.
- Exposure to cloud migration or platform modernization is highly valued.
- Experience with disaster recovery, resilience testing, and security remediation is highly valued.
- Ability to manage risk and controls, support change and transformation, demonstrate business and strategic thinking, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
