Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust architectures for Contact Center technologies.
- Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead integration projects with CRMs and other critical platforms.
- Manage the integration of new digital communication channels.
- Provide advanced technical support and optimize platform performance.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in technical roles within Contact Center and CTI environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of CTI architectures and IP telephony.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce integration and other CRM platforms.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based Contact Center platforms.
- Proven negotiation skills with technology vendors.
- Experience managing complex technology projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proactive and autonomous with a results-oriented mindset.
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
