Responsibilities
- Assist in the standardized Anrok sales process to help customers through their evaluation.
- Become an expert in integrating with Anrok's platform using APIs and pre-built functionalities.
- Consult with customers to design tailored solutions and serve as the primary technical contact.
- Act as a trusted advisor on sales tax compliance and API integration best practices.
- Collaborate with Onboarding teams to provide technical support during implementation.
- Gather technical feedback from customers to influence product roadmap decisions.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for internal and external teams.
- Design workflows to manage communications and strategic projects effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer.
- Strong understanding of complex problems and ability to craft inventive solutions.
- Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and build expertise in new industries.
- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and gaining buy-in from leaders.
- Desire to contribute to the sales cycle and impact the bottom line.
