Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data and identity solutions across online and offline ecosystems.
- Translate client requirements into data, identity, and media-tagging specifications.
- Provide technical communication, client consulting, and oversight throughout implementation phases.
- Lead website auditing, tag-management solution design, and quality-assurance procedures for ongoing monitoring.
- Coordinate integrations with third-party ad-tech solutions and first-party data sources and systems.
- Discuss web networking topics including DNS and CNAMEs and coordinate technical changes, issues, and research.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot data discrepancies or performance issues through debugging, testing, and QA.
- Mentor less experienced associates while coordinating resources and tasks without direct reports.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or IT roles managing e-commerce or digital marketing technology solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in database, direct, or interactive marketing environments.
- 8+ years of experience in solution architect roles.
- 8+ years of experience working in external client-facing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Expertise with ad-server technologies such as Google Campaign Manager and FlashTalking, tag-management solutions such as Tealium, and analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Experience with web analytics and digital marketing tagging implementation, multiple analytics platforms, tag-management deployments, and ad-server integrations.
- Experience with mobile and platform apps, including iOS, Android, and Blackberry, as well as data management concepts including DMPs, attribution, and segmentation.
- Strong leadership, presentation, project management, vendor-management, collaboration, judgment, motivation, flexibility, and creativity skills.
