Responsibilities

  • Develop new application solutions, features, enhancements, and break/fix implementations aligned with business needs and technology standards.
  • Adapt, integrate, code, test, debug, maintain, and support programs and application components.
  • Analyze technical requirements and recommend pragmatic engineering solutions addressing performance, time-to-market, innovation, and technical direction.
  • Perform unit and component testing, code reviews, quality management reviews, and operational readiness reviews.
  • Document and verify system components, infrastructure, security, integration, operability, and engineering architecture designs.
  • Provide technical expertise during incident management, including impact assessment, outage analysis, communication, problem determination, and resolution.
  • Identify development, testing, automation, and defect-prevention opportunities and support continuous process improvement.
  • Manage risks, governance issues, remediation plans, regulatory alignment, and enterprise engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and engineering guidance.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong academic background, such as computer science or engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, procedures, and programming languages.
  • Ability to perform complex technical tasks independently and develop, integrate, code, test, and debug programs.
  • Knowledge of software engineering quality practices, incident management, risk management, and enterprise requirements.
