Responsibilities
- Implement components across the on-chain transaction lifecycle.
- Build new features within the institutional custody signing pipeline.
- Implement payment integrity controls.
- Extend existing Solidity smart contracts.
- Contribute to custody authorization policy integrations.
- Build structured audit-trail logging for transactions.
- Help maintain an asynchronous transaction queue.
- Write comprehensive automated tests for backend services and smart contracts.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers on architectural patterns.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with EVM-compatible blockchain systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Practical understanding of EVM transaction mechanics.
- Production experience developing or maintaining Solidity smart contracts.
- Familiarity with upgradeable proxy patterns and OpenZeppelin libraries.
- Understanding of asynchronous system concepts.
- Strong automated testing practices.
- Ability to work effectively within an established architecture.
- Availability to work remotely within the United States.
