Responsibilities
- Manage and support production and non-production AWS environments.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and cost.
- Automate repetitive cloud and operational activities using Infrastructure as Code.
- Own the operational support and continuous improvement of integrations.
- Reverse-engineer and document existing integrations and technical dependencies.
- Implement effective logging, monitoring, and failure-handling mechanisms.
- Manage Salesforce deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, integration inventories, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide technical updates and resolve issues.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience supporting production AWS environments and services.
- Strong experience troubleshooting integrations across APIs and cloud services.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based source control.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
- Scripting experience using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Sound understanding of monitoring, logging, and cloud security practices.
- Strong ownership, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
