Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technology communities.
- Implement unit testing and secure coding practices to improve software reliability and protect sensitive data.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, follow relevant policies and regulations, and support continuous improvement.
- Lead and supervise team members where applicable, or provide technical expertise and advice as an individual contributor.
- Resolve technical problems, influence decisions, and communicate complex or sensitive information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts in the relevant technical area.
- Ability to apply technical experience to analyze information, select solutions, and resolve problems.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, guide or persuade colleagues, and communicate complex information.
- Ability to manage responsibilities in line with relevant rules, regulations, codes of conduct, and risk controls.
