Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and define application and component-level architecture and technical designs.
- Lead the development and modernization of enterprise-scale applications using .NET full-stack technologies and Azure services.
- Make technology and design decisions that address scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to developers, including code and design reviews and support for technical challenges.
- Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Drive code quality, unit testing, integration testing, automated functional testing, and appropriate code coverage standards.
- Participate in defect root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to use AI-assisted tools for code generation, testing, review, documentation, defect analysis, and refactoring.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices, and DevOps.
- At least 3–4 years of technical leadership experience and proven experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with SQL Server, SQL optimization, object-oriented design, Clean Architecture, microservices, distributed systems, API design, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Storage.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
