Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities in alignment with project goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions and guide key decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional software integration and deployment activities.
- Debug, tune performance, and optimize software components for scalability, availability, and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience using modern development frameworks and tools to build efficient applications.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
