Responsibilities
- Maintain and support SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Revenue Management systems.
- Manage ServiceNow incidents, problems, and change requests for the Lead-to-Cash value chain.
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD, FICA, FIAR, and BRIM processes.
- Configure and enhance SAP SD, FICA, and FIAR solutions, including ABAP development and system customization.
- Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and develop functional, technical, and system design specifications.
- Develop, test, and implement enhancements, support packages, OSS Notes, and transports across SAP environments.
- Create and execute test plans and integration testing using QTest.
- Collaborate with teams supporting CRM, TM/EM, CO, PM, HR, PS, BI, and SAC.
- Produce technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, SAP certification, and experience.
- At least 7 years of IT experience supporting, implementing, and enhancing SAP enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA environments.
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP SD, FIAR, or FICA, including configuration, testing, and production support.
- Ability to complete background investigation, criminal history check, education verification, and professional reference checks.
- SAP certification is accepted as part of the stated education and experience equivalency.
