Responsibilities

Architect and own Anthropic’s enterprise-ready education platform and infrastructure.
Own the technical vision for delivering AI-driven educational experiences.
Build AI-augmented pipelines for content generation and assessment delivery.
Design platform capabilities for adaptive learning experiences.
Interface with security, infrastructure, and data teams to meet organizational standards.
Build platform abstractions for non-engineers to configure educational experiences.
Make product-level decisions about the learning experience.

7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of scaling platforms.
Genuine passion for education and insights into AI-native educational technology.
Strong eye for quality educational content and understanding of complex systems.
Full-stack engineering skills with a focus on backend systems.
Experience building platforms for many concurrent users.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership in translating pedagogical intent into technical architecture.
Experience interfacing with security and infrastructure teams.
