Responsibilities

Test complete end-to-end user journeys across web workflows, major browsers, and devices.
Plan and execute feature testing, regression cycles, and daily release testing, including release-readiness sign-off.
Evaluate AI-powered recommendations, matching, and agent features for output quality and model-behavior issues.
Identify performance problems involving slow loads, lagging workflows, and degradation with real data volumes.
Test access control and potential data leaks across user roles.
Log and triage bugs with precise reproduction steps and regression-test fixes before sign-off.
Establish bug-tracking and quality practices where they do not yet exist.

4–7 years of hands-on manual QA experience on a SaaS or consumer product.
Demonstrated experience testing AI/ML features, including identifying model-behavior bugs.
Strong ability to find edge cases and unexpected product issues.
Working knowledge of API testing using Postman or a similar tool.
Comfort working in Agile teams with frequent release cycles and incomplete specifications.
Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and Selenium or basic automation scripting is a plus.
Prior experience in EdTech, fintech, or another high-stakes-decision consumer product is a plus.
