Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery workshops and align C-suite executives, technical practitioners, economic buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Design and document scalable Databolt implementation plans addressing cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, ingress, egress, latency, and Kubernetes resource management.
- Guide customers through secure on-premises-to-cloud migrations and multi-cloud integrations involving modern data platforms.
- Advise customers on tokenization, encryption, data privacy, PII leakage prevention, and compliance requirements.
- Manage hands-on technical proof-of-concepts and validate Databolt against customer use cases.
- Act as the technical liaison for System Integrators, VARs, and channel partners, including training and architectural alignment.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value and support executive-level presentations and strategy sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software.
- At least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, including clusters, Helm charts, and deployments.
- At least 3 years of experience with data security technologies such as tokenization, encryption, key management, or IAM.
- At least 4 years of experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Understanding of cloud migration patterns, the modern data stack, and security integration into data pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM privacy challenges, including training-data sanitization, model inversion attacks, and PII leakage.
- Experience architecting solutions for regulated or data-intensive industries and presenting to C-level executives.
- Experience managing technical relationships with System Integrators and VARs and supporting deployments in customer VPC or private cloud environments.
