Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions for airline software implementations, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and implementation approaches.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with airline customers and translate requirements into structured solution designs.
- Provide pre-sales technical support for RFP responses, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Use GitHub Copilot or equivalent and Claude or equivalent for solution documentation, specifications, and AI-assisted prototypes.
- Analyze competitor solutions and identify Accelya’s technical differentiation.
- Collaborate with implementation and product teams to validate solution feasibility and scope.
- Develop technical delivery estimates and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of solution engineering or technical pre-sales experience.
- Require experience designing and documenting technical solutions for enterprise software implementations.
- Require knowledge of airline technology or enterprise SaaS architecture and strong customer-facing technical communication skills.
- Require a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prefer knowledge of airline technology architecture, NDC standards, IATA standards, and competitive airline technology approaches.
- Prefer experience using GitHub Copilot or equivalent and Claude or equivalent for AI-assisted technical design, specifications, and prototypes.
- Prefer familiarity with AI-generated architecture diagrams and intelligent competitive analysis tools.
