Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in .NET Core and C#.
- Refactor legacy monolithic components into modern APIs with minimal business disruption.
- Build and maintain SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, views, indexes, and performance improvements.
- Develop integrations with payment, document management, analytics, business intelligence, internal, and third-party platforms.
- Implement Kafka-based event-driven communication and asynchronous processing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on business-system services and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
- Work with front-end teams using Blazor to deliver modern user experiences.
- Contribute to technical documentation, ERDs, OpenAPI specifications, and deployment scripts.
- Support compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience with .NET Core and C#.
- Experience with SQL Server, including DDL, performance tuning, views, and indexing.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and building internal SDKs.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, event-driven design, domain-driven design, and clean architecture principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with messaging platforms such as push notifications, SMS, IVR, or email orchestration is preferred.
- Experience with Domo or Botpress, Blazor or React, containerization, cloud platforms, or legacy financial and loan-servicing system modernization is preferred.
- Relevant software development or cloud technology certifications are a plus.
