Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and operationalize enterprise-scale GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
- Build intelligent systems with LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Service.
- Lead the full GenAI solution lifecycle, including architecture, enterprise integration, secure deployment, release management, monitoring, observability, and continuous optimization.
- Architect and deploy distributed GenAI applications across Azure and AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and ARM/Bicep.
- Develop scalable Python applications using microservices-based architectures and secure data-handling practices.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management.
- Provide architectural leadership, drive design decisions, mentor engineers, and translate business requirements into secure and resilient technical solutions.
- Partner with product, engineering, business, risk, and security stakeholders while supporting enterprise standards for security, reliability, and responsible AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience; the experience section also specifies 8+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML solutions.
- At least two years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Strong knowledge of agentic AI concepts and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS, distributed systems, scalable architecture patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Proficiency in Python and microservices-based development.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise or regulated-environment GenAI implementation, observability frameworks, AI lifecycle tooling, AI governance, security and compliance, AI/ML or GenAI frameworks, and financial-services experience.
