Responsibilities
- Develop, publish, and implement software test plans.
- Write, maintain, and execute automated test suites and scripts for web UI testing.
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple Windchill functional areas.
- Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect density and open defect counts.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers on product quality and release delivery.
- Provide feedback on quality, risks, and issues while balancing quality with time-bound release goals.
- Help develop testing strategies for releases and participate in design, development, and testing phases.
- Work with a fast-paced, geographically distributed team delivering frequent releases.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of hands-on web UI automated and manual testing experience.
- Strong understanding of web UI automation tools and command expertise in at least one tool.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, plus working knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Functional knowledge of Windchill, including Windchill Quality Solutions, is preferred.
