Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design software solutions for client deployments.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain full-stack MERN software applications.
- Create and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Automate software validation and troubleshoot system issues, defects, and performance problems.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, release schedules, and implementation quality.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and customers.
- Prepare technical documentation, code comments, flowcharts, layouts, reports, and project status updates.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and help develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Participate in training and continuing education to maintain current programming and software development skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack MERN skills.
- Ability to analyze software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Experience with coding, debugging, software testing, validation, documentation, and performance improvement.
- Ability to troubleshoot queries, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve software issues.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams, project managers, analysts, and clients.
- Strong customer communication, reporting, documentation, and delivery skills.
- Willingness to complete assigned certifications and participate in continuing education.
