Responsibilities

Define and implement end-to-end testing strategies for AI/ML products, LLMs, RAG applications, copilots, and autonomous agents.
Create test plans, scenarios, cases, schedules, quality metrics, and risk mitigation strategies for projects and releases.
Lead functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, performance, load, stress, scalability, reliability, and security testing.
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks and increase automation coverage across web, API, backend, and AI applications.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and develop suites for AI and agent behavior validation.
Evaluate model accuracy, hallucinations, grounding, response quality, prompt execution, agent orchestration, tool invocation, context retention, memory, and failure recovery.
Test agent interactions with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Monitor AI outputs for consistency, bias, toxicity, safety, data leakage, prompt injection, jailbreak, access control, and compliance risks.
Lead and mentor QA engineers and test teams, conduct test reviews and quality audits, and provide release readiness assessments.
Coordinate defect tracking, triage, resolution, stakeholder reporting, and continuous improvement across QA practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
Experience leading testing teams or quality engineering initiatives; the posting states 3+ years in this area.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Expertise in functional, integration, regression, API/UI, performance, automation, and AI evaluation testing.
Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks and using test management and defect tracking tools.
Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, agentic AI platforms, responsible AI, ML model lifecycles, and MLOps.
Preferred experience testing enterprise AI solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
Preferred knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, JMeter, LoadRunner, Azure AI, AWS AI, or ISTQB Advanced Test Management.
Strong leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, risk assessment, quality governance, and continuous improvement skills.
