Base Salary
$100k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery on key initiatives from scoping to post-launch iterations.
- Collaborate with designers, analysts, and stakeholders to define project goals.
- Review code and lead design discussions to elevate team performance.
- Diagnose and resolve systemic issues in code, tooling, and processes.
- Develop and implement AI-native engineering practices within the team.
- Track outcomes against KPIs to continuously improve team performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production software across front-end and back-end.
- Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrable fluency in AI and its application in software development.
- Strong opinions on ownership and accountability in engineering teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
