Responsibilities
- Build integrations among enterprise applications, databases, external platforms, and data sources.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and integration activities.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions and support implementations.
- Configure customer-facing workflows, forms, reports, and process automation components.
- Troubleshoot integration, data quality, connectivity, and deployment issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation artifacts.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Identify integration process improvements and share implementation best practices.
- Provide recommendations to Product and Engineering teams based on customer implementation experience.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency at B2 or higher.
- Strong technical and analytical skills for solving complex integration and data challenges.
- Experience implementing integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, or third-party systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data handling, and database technologies.
- Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, APIs, XML, scripting languages, or integration technologies.
- Experience supporting customer-facing implementations or technical consulting environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
- Preferred experience with Linux, Windows environments, scripting languages, or application infrastructure.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, business intelligence platforms, analytics tools, or large-scale data environments is a plus.
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms, enterprise software deployments, or distributed architectures.
