Base Salary
$106k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable GitHub and Azure solutions based on customer application, data, AI, agent, and business priorities.
- Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, production milestones, and end-to-end technical delivery for customer engagements.
- Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Enterprise Server, GitHub Advanced Security, governance, and enterprise repositories.
- Drive repository migrations from Azure DevOps, GitLab, Bitbucket, and other source control platforms.
- Implement GitHub Actions automation, CodeQL, secret scanning, Dependabot, security configurations, and DevSecOps transformation initiatives.
- Oversee workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, optimization, and production readiness.
- Provide escalation support, technical workshops, customer and partner skilling, and readiness guidance.
- Communicate customer adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, and deployment blockers to engineering teams.
- Contribute reusable intellectual property, templates, frameworks, agents, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise administering GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Enterprise Server.
- Experience with GitHub Advanced Security, including CodeQL, Secret Scanning, Dependabot, security configurations, and enterprise governance.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, API and automation development, large-scale repository migrations, and enterprise DevSecOps transformations.
- Relevant experience may include AI, GitHub, agentic DevOps, AI agent development, cloud, application platforms, systems administration, software development, architecture, consulting, or related technologies.
- Ability to lead customer-facing technical engagements, translate business and security requirements into solutions, and support production adoption.
- U.S. citizenship is required and will be verified with a valid passport.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
