Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and build business solutions based on stakeholder requirements and best practices.
Test solutions against design specifications and resolve identified issues.
Analyze business processes and customer needs, documenting functional requirements for stakeholder approval.
Develop and execute solution migration plans across environments.
Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
Maintain solution documentation to support ongoing service and maintenance.
Identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve solution functionality.
Manage project scope, timelines, workload, and customer expectations while communicating delays and opportunities.

Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions using assigned business applications.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Apex, or Python.
Demonstrated business analysis experience documenting functional requirements.
Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and customer expectations with a customer-oriented mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred experience developing training materials, facilitating training, supporting migrations across environments, investigating complex situations, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Remote work arrangement from Colombia.
Indefinite contract type.
