Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, implement, and test ADAS algorithms using C++.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to define and decompose requirements and test cases.
- Develop technical specifications and DFMEAs.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure feature functionality.
- Analyze defects and test results, perform root-cause analysis, and improve algorithms to achieve KPIs.
- Work with colleagues and customers to implement enhancements addressing real-world performance issues.
- Complete assigned individual and team tasks and contribute to product roadmap improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of programming experience developing and testing algorithms in C++.
- Experience with state estimation and advanced filtering methods.
- Strong background in control theory and systems design.
- Strong data extraction and analysis skills using MATLAB and Excel.
- Preferred: master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 6 or more years of C++ algorithm development and testing experience.
- Preferred: background in automotive radar, vision, lidar, sensor fusion, and ADAS.
- Preferred: ISO 26262 and functional safety expertise.
- Preferred: strong communication and presentation skills and effective use of AI tools.
