Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient enterprise application architectures.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures spanning application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure domains.
- Translate business requirements into enterprise-scale technical solutions, roadmaps, reference architectures, and integration strategies.
- Lead architecture discovery and design workshops with business and technology teams.
- Design and govern API-first, microservices, service-oriented, and event-driven integration architectures.
- Architect integrations across internal and external enterprise systems using integration technologies, middleware, and messaging platforms.
- Establish architectural principles, development standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate existing applications and platforms and lead cloud-native and microservices modernization initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, resiliency, observability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead architecture governance, technical reviews, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 9 years of experience designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale application and integration solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, capital markets, or another highly regulated industry.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, distributed systems, microservices, SOA, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience delivering large-scale business applications supporting complex operational, regulatory, and workflow-driven processes.
- Strong experience with APIs, API lifecycle management, enterprise integration frameworks, middleware platforms, and messaging technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application services.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular, React, Shell Scripting, and SQL.
- Knowledge of application security, identity and access management, authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure software design.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, enterprise data integration, and data management practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, consulting, architecture governance, and technical review skills.
- Preferred qualifications include regulated-domain integrations, workflow or case management platforms, hybrid cloud and on-premises architecture, enterprise transformation leadership, relevant architecture certifications, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
