Responsibilities
- Build services and infrastructure for advanced recommendation systems.
- Create a scalable, stable, low-latency discovery experience.
- Collaborate with machine learning, platform, and product engineering teams.
- Contribute scalable solutions across various serving stacks.
- Define and advance the technical approach to recommendation systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience in building and scaling high volume applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives.
- Expertise in machine learning, particularly in recommendations and search.
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages, preferably Python.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and managed services.
