Base Salary
$165k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams.
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs and guiding evaluations.
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications.
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture and best practices.
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences.
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns and example code.
- Occasionally contribute code upstream to improve customer outcomes.
- Travel up to 40% to customer sites for deployment and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
- Strong Python, JavaScript, and systems fundamentals.
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications.
- Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and evaluations.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs and build trust with developers.
- Take responsibility for outcomes and have a bias toward action.
- Excited about operating AI agents in production.
