Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for complex Enterprise deals.
- Translate business objectives into scalable Mural solutions.
- Synthesize regional market feedback to inform product direction.
- Guide stakeholders through security, compliance, and integration requirements.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to refine discovery and demo motions.
- Champion best practices for solution design and documentation.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 or native) and professional English.
- Ability to conduct discovery sessions and manage technical discussions in both languages.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of SaaS product design and implementation.
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments.
