Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for complex enterprise deals and translate business objectives into scalable Mural solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Guide enterprise customers through technical, security, compliance, integration, and governance requirements.
- Synthesize regional customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to improve discovery and demo motions across EMEA.
- Champion solution design and documentation best practices across the global Solutions Engineering team.
- Mentor teammates and serve as an escalation point for technical inquiries.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, and technical implementation, ideally in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Fluent German at C1/C2 or native level and professional English proficiency.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and solution narratives tied to customer outcomes, use cases, deployment, and adoption.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail for technical documentation, RFP responses, and security questionnaires.
- Deep understanding of SaaS product design, development, and implementation, including customer integrations and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments, including GDPR and other data protection standards.
- Familiarity with user lifecycle management, data retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and monitoring systems.
- Ability to work primarily within Central European Time and travel occasionally within EMEA.
